 Dr. Mary Shaw Biography

Mary Shaw is a wife and mother living in Gainesville, Florida.  She has been active in the Charismatic Renewal for years. She currently serves on the All Florida Catholic Charismatic Commission (AFCCC) and as a Pastoral Leader to the People of Praise Prayer Group in Gainesville Fl.  She is also a member of the Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament based in St. Augustine, FL.   

 

 Mary received her doctorate in nursing and served as a clinician and educator for years. In 1996, the Lord called her to serve in the ministry of healing prayer and deliverance. 

 

She received extensive training in ministry at many places including Christian Healing Ministries in Jacksonville, ICPE Pastoral Counseling School in Germany, and in the mission field.  The Lord generally sends people to her who need prayer for inner healing, healing of in-utero wounds, generational healing, healing of abuse, and freedom from demonic oppression. Most of the prayer ministry is provided in the context of scheduled prayer appointments.  Locally she serves as Director of Healing Prayer for two churches and regularly ministers in this area to God’s hurting people.

 

     In 1997 she heard a strong call from the Lord to Evangelism.  Since 1998 she has served as a short term missionary and teacher, representing Renewal Ministries, with a focus on Eastern Europe, primarily the Czech Republic.  Here she teaches and ministers in areas of healing, deliverance, generational healing, healing from miscarriage and abortion, and walking with the Lord.  She works to bring the healing love of Christ to His people that they may be saved and equipped to bring the truth of the Gospel to others.  Her heart is that not one soul be lost!
